We stayed in this villa as a group of 22 and it was the perfect amount of space. The villa is incredible, so beautiful and the pictures do not do this place justice! The outside area was where we spent the majority of our time, and it was just amazing, I cannot recommend this place enough for large groups. Angeliki and Babis were amazing hosts and greeted us on arrival with lunch and drinks, they were so friendly and helpful and made the experience so much more relaxing knowing there were there to help! They arranged taxis and even helped us booked a private chef for when we stayed. This place is amazing, thank you so much Babis and Angeliki!

The photos of this retreat are gorgeous, but it exceeded our expectations. The garden and pool area are fantastic and the villas were wonderful. We were a group of 15 on a staff retreat and this space was perfect. We had plenty of beds and spacious common areas for meeting. We especially enjoyed the outdoors eating area. Our hosts were terrific — providing food to welcome us, and giving great restaurant and other recommendations. Highly recommend!!!

Great house, worked perfect for a big group ( we were 14 friends) Everything was even better than shown on pictures. Easy to reach the house by car from the airport( 40 min). 20 min walk to the beach and seaside restaurants. We went to Athens for a full day - we used a bus service which spared us the hassle of traffic and parking. We can recommend that. We went hiking with Hellas hiking on Mt. Parnitha and in Schinias National park.

We just spent a great week at Angeliki and Babis's house, in Nea Makri. we were a large group made of one extended family and the facilities accommodated us just fine. the houses were better than described, in fact we all felt it was the most beautiful and well maintained house we've ever stayed at. everything was clean and comfortable, it was clear that a lot of thought and love were put into the place, from the beautiful furniture to the garden and fresh vegetables that we could pick for the salad every day. our hosts were very responsive to our questions and recommended many nice places to visit around the villa. all in all it was a wonderful stay at a wonderful house, much recommended to any one, we will gladly return for another vacation !!!!
