Wow. What a wonderful stay. Dianne and Paul were the perfect hosts, making sure that we had everything we needed and a few additional delicious treats! Very responsive and helpful. The setting of the cottage was so peaceful, and the facilities all that I wanted. Comfortable, clean and welcoming. I really found it difficult to pack up when it was time to leave - I wish I could have stayed for much longer, and I will definitely re-visit sooner rather than later. Thank you!

Overflow Cottages was the perfect place to stay for us, close to the main shops and far enough to enjoy the peaceful property. The cottage was extremely clean and beautifully kept, we felt right at home as soon as we came in. Cosy yet spacious even with our toddler running around. Our toddler really enjoyed seeing the sheep outside on the property. Our internet had quiet a bit of trouble connecting so we couldnt play our toddlers favourite shows, dianne didnt have any kids movies on hand but the very next morning they went out and left us some DVDs at our door, which was amazingly kind of them. They also left us some lemon slice when we arrived which was so nice of them. Dianne communicates very quickly without delay. I would definitely come back to stay here again when we return to Mt Buller.

It’s exactly what you would expect. Felt like home away from home!!! Wish we could have spent an extra day!! Hosts are amazing and very responsive. It was obvious from the communication and the way they have kept the place that they are very caring people!!
