Stayed at Aree's place for a month and had an amazing time! It's a Muslim area where everyone is very friendly and is away from the hustle and bustle of much of Phuket. There is a lot of good cheap local food around along with a laundrette, pharmacies, supermarkets (24 Super Cheap & 7 Eleven) so you can get anything you need. Aree can also help you with things such as airport transfer and bike hire if that's something you're looking for so it was very helpful to have her as a host! She's also very responsive and any problem or question we had she got sorted for us very quickly. The internet is also really fast which I needed as I was working remotely there is also all the cooking essentials you'd need for a month. You're also close to Surin and Bang Tao beach along as Boat Avenue. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a long term stay in particular!

The house is amazing. Big yard with pineapples growing. Inside you have everything to stay for a long period of time. Two toilets, fridge, coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave, personal Wi-Fi, dishes and pans, gas cooker, good conditioner, comfortable bedroom, beautiful balcony where you can chill out every day. Mrs Aree and her team were very helpful and client-oriented. If I needed something they helped me very quickly. The district is very peaceful. People around are mostly Muslims, they are very polite and helpful, it is very safe there. A lot of cafes with very good and cheap Thai food. Thanks to Mrs Aree and her team. Will be pleased to stay there again.

great house, 2 bathrooms. we liked everything. we stayed for one month. there is everything you need. the coffee machine pleased me. surin beach is 7 minutes away by bike. the bike was rented with the help of the hostess at a good price.

The house location is ok for those who look for quite atmospheres. Wifi was great . You need a motorbike to reach the beach that can take you over 20-30 minutes walk . Kitchen item need to be updated. Over all was good experience

Wonderful house in a convenient location, has all you would need for a comfortable stay. Few minutes away from the beach via motorbike, tons of food and shopping options in the immediate area. Aree and her family are very pleasant people, all communications are completely trouble-free. I'm also renting a motorbike from her for a locally competitive price. Area itself is great if you prefer to be away from resorts and huge hotels, it's a Thai neighborhood situated close enough to all the attractions, yet removed enough to be quite and have a slow-burning vibe.
