The condo is in a very convenient location to restaurants and activities. Great view of the beach and river! Very secure and safe, a little bothersome with all the extra locks but it was all added safety even tho the neighborhood seemed to be safe anyway. Pros: Location & convenient Great view Private beach, a little rough but still got in Spacious Responsive, detailed Plenty of beach supplies Cons: Very Hot, had to leave balcony and front doors open. Fairly private at least to leave the front door open. Windows don’t stay open. 1 bedroom a/c was not working, replaced on 3rd day. Only cool in the bedrooms, top bunk is still too hot. No compensation offered for an unusable room for 2 nights Bring your own towels and laundry detergent… crunchy and stinky and worn. No hand towels for bathrooms Missing a sofa, used extra patio chairs. Note that the only tv is in the living room Dryer knob was missing, pliers were left to turn the dial, difficult Accused of damage not caused

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo & its host. Richard was super responsive all hours for the couple questions I had. Everything was absolutely as described. The condo was clean, quiet, and serene. Breath taking views of the ocean and what looks to be a very private beach. Though we were being cautious of riptides and high tides, my kids were good enough swimmers that I let them go knee deep and splash around daily without issue. The beach right up the road that Richard suggested was absolutely BREATH TAKING- for those like me, who love to Comb beaches, that particular beach had many “mermaid treasures” to find! Bathroom had hair dryers. Condo had beach chairs and a grill available. Richard even had aloe in the fridge (came in handy for my VERY pale child! Thank you!!!) I will book here again & again now that my dad moved to the island! Thank you so much for making me feel at home! See you soon!

THE VIEW is so beautiful!!! We celebrated my daughter's birthday here. We are an adventurous group and the location was perfect to get to everything. Ricard was responsive to all our questions. We didn't mind not having AC in the living room. The breeze was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved every bit of our stay at Richard's condo. The location is perfect for exploring Puerto Rico. You are close to San Juan, Fajardo, El Yunque, the Kiosks, and Cieba. We liked that Luquillo Beach is a very walkable area with many restaurants close by. Richard's condo was perfect for us. It looks in person exactly as the pictures show. He is also very communicative. Everything was where he said it would be. We would stay there again without any hesitation!

It was a beautiful place. Richard provided chairs, umbrellas, towels, along with many other items. The view from the balcony was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
