Good place, but need maintenance

Pros: It's a nicely decorated & spacious apartment, with basic amenities provided It's near to V&A Waterfront & sightseeing buses stops are just a few hundred yards away Cons: The apt needs some serious maintenance, although the bathrooms look newly refurbished, the shower room's drain was clogged when taking shower so your feet are immersed with washed water & water overflowed to the floor, hooks are loose so couldn't hang towels properly, shower door also doesn't shut properly Almost all wardrobe doors don't aligned so don't shut well but this is less an issue compared to the shower room The small bedroom window once shut is hard to open due to faulty hinges The handle to the balcony also faulty & need fixing There're homeless people hanging around in the surrounding areas but they weren't intimidating but would beg for food/money The rating is given mostly based on the maintenance issues
