The worst experience with an hotel EVER. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, for sure this is not a place for families with young children like ours - families, please stay away. We spot a mouse in our apartment (we could even film it!) and even if they were aware we had 2 children were left there with it for a night. The day after they said they would have given us a new apartment but then they changed their mind saying that - since they caught the mouse (FALSE!) we could have stayed there. When we said that was not an option because of hygienic reasons (they have not even cleaned there) they said they wouldn’t have given another apartment because my children stained the carpet and they could have done it again. We’ve found ourselves with 2 young children without a clean place to spend the night in and we had to stay there another night with the mouse, the glue they put and what the animal left behind. I felt discriminated because of the children and cheated several times. Also Wi-Fi connection in the room very poor in case you need to work from there. Personnel rude with the exception of 2 guys at the reception that have been kind with us (but with no power to make decisions). COVID Rules not respected, not even by their personnel. The cleaning lady laughed at me because I didn’t want to share the elevator with other people to keep distances even if that was in line with hotel instructions. Lastly I came to pick up some boxes / mails that were delivered there when I left and found 1 box open and empty inside. I think this is the worst review I have ever written - you can check in my profile, I am never that negative - but hope this helps other people avoid unpleasant situations such the ones I and my family lived.

Fantastic location with large rooms. Very convenient to grand central with plenty of places to get groceries or a bite to eat only a short walk away.
The place was quite nice , the staff were super friendly and the location was perfect.
