Very comfortable space with everything we needed and more! We loved the quiet tree lined street. Breakfast items left for us to enjoy were an added bonus. Barb was very quick to respond to our questions and gave us suggestions for local restaurants. Home is close to Trader Joes and Market of Choice. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub but it is located just a few steps from the door. Everything in the space is well thought out. If in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

This was the 3rd time I've stayed at this BNB. It is my home away from home when I visit my family in Corvallis. I love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, along with all of the beautiful walking paths. This BNB is very well maintained, well stocked, and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Barb, for making my stays so enjoyable!

Felt very comfortable with several breakfast items provided. Despite the lack of a full kitchen, it was easy to prepare some meals using the microwave and toaster oven. The hot tub felt great after my work days. Access to cable and Netflix/Disney and Wi-Fi entertained my 8 night stay. Barb kept in touch throughout. As I was working at Oregon State University, this location was within 10 minutes and very convenient to shops with a car. Walking trails were within walking distance. I would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

Second time staying here. Just what we needed for our visit. The entrance is private and quiet, the amenities perfect. Great water pressure, soft towels, Keurig coffee maker (and decaf pods!), TV in bedroom and living room, fast internet. NOt a full kitchen but we didn't need or expect that. Quiet street with a large park down the street.
