very much enjoyed our stay here! everything was clean and neat. Laurie was easy to work with and available to us at any moments notice. I would highly recommend staying here!

Laurie’s cabin is lovely! Very peaceful. Perfect for my needs. Cell phone reception was great which enabled me to join live stream conferences without issue. (I use Verizon). I loved that there were so many comfortable sitting areas! Very clean. I did as Laurie does and used bottled water for drinking (for taste). From the cabin I saw: crows, chickadees, migrating geese, numerous blue jays, red squirrel(s), a bunny, a downy woodpecker, a yellow bellied sapsucker, dark eyed juncos, a flying bald eagle(?), a robin, a murmuration of starlings&grackles(?), a BOBCAT, and on the last day heard cow(s) mooing from area of the nghbr’s. I heard a variety of other birds but I am not very adept at identification by sound. Nearby towns had everything I needed. Laurie was very pleasant in all our interactions. I would heartily suggest staying here! Thank you again, Laurie!

This cabin is beautiful inside and out. Peaceful get away. Loved being able to listen to the river. Short drive from many lakes for fishing and kayaking. We did not get to the Wolf river unfortunately but it is very close.

We traveled from Colorado to the north woods of Wisconsin to visit my grandmother and we absolutely loved Laurie’s cabin! The peaceful little river was the highlight for us! Everything was perfectly clean and the decor was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Where to start! All the reviews I read gave this place 5 stars and I couldn’t agree more. I’d give 10 if I could :) The cabin was immaculate and had everything you’d need to enjoy an extended stay. Within minutes of arriving and opening the blinds toward the river we saw a deer just casually walking along the river. From that moment I knew I’d love this place and we did. It was so serene and I could listen to the sound of the river all day. Laurie was an amazing host! My mom left her iPad there and Laurie was so kind about it and shipped it out for us, just couldn’t ask for a better host. I absolutely can’t wait to go back. Thank you Laurie for sharing this Lovley cabin.
