The « Beach House » is a single family house of 120m2 bordered with its garden, built in 2016 in the heart of the residence "Perspective Océane" located in the Chambre d'Amour. Scandinave style, comfortable and modern, the house is the ideal place for families seeking quiet and relaxation at three minutes walk from the beach of Marinella. We have just built a SPA (wood, redcedar) for 8 to 10 persons on the terrace, in front of the Ocean. From the main entrance, you enter the large living room with a wooden table and eight chairs for your meals times in family. On the other side, the living room is very comfortable : large sofa and two armchairs, coffee table, large HD TV, DVD player and Bose speaker. Internet access in wifi, DVD, many games for children and a table football are at your disposal. Then, the large bay window separates you from the terrace and the garden for a direct access on the outside. You will find a large garden table, chairs, a small outdoor lounge and finally a gas plancha/BBQ. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped : ceramic hob, extractor hood, traditional pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge-freezer, Nespresso and American coffee machine, toaster, kettle, a diving mixer and finally, a small central table and four chairs. Adjoining the kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms and is organized as follows : - The parents bedroom with a "queen size" bed in 160 with large dressing room, HD TV with TNT channels, private bathroom with italian shower, two basins, towel dryer and access to the terrace. - A room dedicated to children with 3 beds in 90 : 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed, large dressing room and access to the terrace. - A guest bedroom with a "queen size" bed in 160 with a large dressing room and a convertible sofa for an extra bed. - An independent shared bathroom with shower / bath, two basins and a towel dryer. - Two separate toilets. - Linen including towels, kitchen linen and bedding included. - Baby equipment : a baby bed (mattress with waterproof cover and bedding provided) and a high chair. - Private concierge service and laundry. - Three private parking spaces, No. 49, No. 50 and in front of the garage door of the house. - Bikes room available in the residence. - Sorry, owners do not accept pets. - The house is completely non smoking.
