This was such a beautiful little place to stay in! It was perfect for what we needed and was within walking distance of the reception! The hosts were wonderful and easy to talk to!!

My son and I needed a place near Argonia while we attended the AirFest high-power rocket launches and I stumbled across this wonderful jewel in nearby Caldwell. The hosts are good at quickly responding to questions. My van was loaded with expensive equipment, but I felt perfectly fine there. It was blissfully quiet which was much appreciated after a seven-hour drive from West Texas. We got a room with a single, queen-sized bed and I’d asked if they had any rollaway beds or cots. When we got to our room we saw that our hosts already had already made up a comfortable single-sized bed for my son. We arrived after midnight due to a delayed departure, but the hosts had already provided the access code to the room. In addition to the digital lock with a deadbolt, as a fireman I was pleased to see that the doors are steel – great as a fireblock as well as for personal safety. Our room was clean and had NO bugs of any kind; I'm also a landlord, so yes I check thoroughly. We didn’t have a chance to tour the town very much, but I hope to do so when we return next year. We’re already planning to stay here again!

What a lovely boutique hotel! And Kathy (co-host) was so helpful and kind. Very clean and perfect heading through town.
