Matthew was a great host who was very friendly & explained everything really well, really enjoyed our stay
As others have said this is a lovely place to stay in Hastings. The grape vines around the windows with grapes hanging off were cool to wake up to and the place was very neat and tidy. We would recommend staying here to anyone in the area!
It was lovely and peaceful, nice to make personal contact with the host on arrival and appreciated the milk in the fridge for a cup of tea! Smallish inside but very cosy. Nice booklet with local recommendations was helpful. Great to have a clothesline to use!
A simple but comfortable accommodation. Well situated for visiting the winery's, Hastings and Napier. We were met by Matthew, the owner, on arrival and had a very pleasant chat. A bit more expensive than other accommodation we have been staying in but this may be reflective of the area.

We are a couple in our late sixties working on our Berry Farm just south of Hastings. We love hosting guests from New Zealand and around the world and showing you all our piece of paradise. We are only the third owners of this property in 100 years.
