We had a lovely stay ! Beautiful location right on the water , the cottage was clean and comfortable and Park was an incredibly kind host ! We would highly recommend people stay at this property 😊

Perfect little spot on Gabriola! The location is amazing. 30 second walk to a beautiful large beach where our dog loved running around, and sea lions everywhere. In the front yard also have chairs and a table to enjoy the ocean view, you can also access the beach from here but it’s a bit steep. The hosts live on the neighboring lot but we didn’t see them at all. My husband and I utilized both the queen bed and the pull out as we are light sleepers and the queen was a bit squeaky for both of us, and the pull out was quite comfortable. Great tv set up with Netflix. About a 10 minute walk to a pub and restaurant which is great so you can have some drinks and not worry about driving. Would definitely come back!

Park was communicative and welcoming. The place is rustic. The view is amazing. Gryffie and I enjoyed our morning and evening strolls. When we arrive, the hot water tank was not operating. Park was in communication throughout and it was fixed immediately. Phone reception wasn't strong in the area and wifi had some minor hiccups from time to time. Overall, it was a great place to enjoy some quiet time visiting Gabriola.

The end of February and the beginning of March is probably not the best time, we've got almost everything possible - stormy wind, heavy rain, some snow and some beautiful sunshine and calm ocean. Perfect spot to relax, fantastic views, wildlife, quite a few people living around. This should be just fabulous in summer time.
