Logement fonctionnel et spacieux, parking sans problème (ce qui n'est pas évident sur le lac !), belle petite terrasse avec vue sur jardins et montagnes, très calme tout en étant proche de Bellagio (accessible à pied, San Giovanni est une bonne solution de logement).

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Borgo la Civitella! Das Gebäude ist wie für die Region Maremma typisch sehr rustikal, bietet aber durch die tolle Lage einen schönen Ausblick. Abgesehen vom anfänglichen Geruch nach altem, feuchten Gemäuer und der etwas spartanischen Ausstattung, ist Borgo la Civitella eine gute Basis für die Erkundung der Maremma. Aufgrund des sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Super miejsce, jeśli ktoś szuka spokoju. Świetna baza do zwiedzania Toskanii. Brak klimatyzacji w pokojach doskwiera podczas sierpniowych upałów, ale wiczorne wiatry przynoszą ukojenie. Polecam!

A great place if you want to relax. We made some small changes in the house and it became very cozy. Very nice that there is a swimming pool and a beautiful balcony. Landlord was helpful when we asked. In approx. 3 min (by car) you reach the small town center with a nice supermarket. In 40 min. you reach the nearest city Grosseto and the beach.

Ottimo appartamento in un borghetto magico. Pace e tranquillità a due passi da Roccastrada. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite. La cucina è davvero ben fornita, mancano giusto due condimenti base per cucinare che per un soggiorno di pochi giorni sarebbe comodo trovare. Consigliato!
