Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist bei den Küchenutensilien sehr veraltet. Vom Kaffeefilter aus Plastik löst sich dieses bereits. Töpfe mindestens 20 Jahre alt. Lediglich alles äußerliche ist modernsiert (Fassade, Wohnzimmer und Bad) Arbeitsplatte ebenfalls ramponiert. Dusche unten schon mit gelblichem Ansatz. Vermieter lebt im Haus. An sich nicht dramatisch, jedoch ist dieser eher eine Aufsicht. Poolregeln unter jeglicher Norm (kein Tauchen kein Trinken am Pool, und damit meine ich Wasser oder Limo, kein Spaß generell erlaubt). Man kommt sich permanent beobachtet vor. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Einzig die Nähe zu Lazise ist super.
Die Wohnung und die Lage waren sehr gut. Es fehlte aber etwas an der Ausstattung wie Polster für die doch harten Liegen am Pool und as jeder Benutzer sich Spülmittel oder Kaffeefilter wieder neu kaufen muss.
Super Urlaub im August 2021. Gastgeber wohnt im Haus und hilft mit Tips zu Restaurants, Supermarkt,… Sauberkeit top.
