Located at the northwestern of Bali island in the sub-district of Gerokgak, in the Buleleng Regency, it will take you only 20 minutes to Pemuteran beach, just at the outskirts of West Bali National Park. The coastal area of Pemuteran is also the jumping-off point to a diving adventure around Menjangan Island.
With its gleaming black volcanic sandy beaches and enchanting sceneries of green hills at the background, Pemuteran is a perfect illustration of Balinese philosophy on energy “Nyegara Gunung” (The fusion of energy between the mountains and the sea). You might find very little (if not to say none) entertainment in the evenings, seemingly the hotels and cottages emphasize more on tranquility so their guests can solemnly meditate or just fully retreat from the city’s rat race.
While peace and tranquility are found on the shores, wonders await below the surface. The Pemuteran area has such large areas of shallow reefs and with just a short boat ride away, you might find seahorses, unique Crabs, Frogfishes, and other sea creatures already decorate the seafloor.

You can easily get to the villa by car from all parts of Bali. Getting there by car with a driver is a much easier way to get to the North. You can travel from Kuta in 3,5 - 4 hours, depending on the season and the traffic on the road.
You will travel through places such as Bedugul and could take the scenic route through Munduk if you are not in a hurry. So you could stop at a temple-like Pura Ulun Danu, twin lakes and rice paddies in Munduk on your trip and make a day of it. There are many places to stop along the way to take pictures or have a bite to eat and of course stop and feed the monkeys hanging by the mountain roads :).
