Die Zeit bei Johney war Traumhaft!!! Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Nah an der Natur und Lokal, alles was man brauchte war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten die Strände auch sehr gut mit dem Roller. Vielen Vielen Dank für alles❤️

The friend of nature bungalow was probably the most beautiful stay we had during our southeast Asia trip. The place is absolutely lovely and would still be worth it if it were double the price. This is not to say that it is a massively luxurious stay: as Johney says himself, you live as the locals do, with southeast Asian style bathroom, and a minimalist bedroom with a fan and a mosquito net. This was definitely enough for us though. Johney himself is an amazing host, being very communicative and nice. The last bonus is that they have a very liberal scooter and canoe renting policy, with no need to give away your precious passport.

Du début à la fin de notre séjour, Channy a tout mit en œuvre pour s’assurer de notre confort. Je recommande ce petit village de pêcheur, très charmant et dépaysant :)

Being at Johney place was absolutely an experience. The place is a typical fisherman house and you willy experience exactly the local people lifestyle. Do not expect any western comfort stuff. The house is on the river, sleep on the floor (with mattress and mosquito net - was very romantic), no window, no electricity and wash yourself with bucket. I suggest everyone to do this experience. Also don't forget to help the local children donating to the school whatever you can and make the difference!
