The home was very clean. All of the rooms were spacious without feeling crowded. All amenities were up to date and in working condition. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and clean and had two refrigerators. I used the oven to bake a cake that came out perfect. The washer and dryer looked new. Linda was kind enough to leave us some basic breakfast items, bottled water, treats for our little dogs, and homemade cookies. The only thing that would cause us to pause about rebooking would be the beds. The mattresses really need to be updated. The beds squeak really bad with every movement, whether sitting down, getting up or rolling over and are very uncomfortable. We had four adults who used the full sized bed downstairs (old coil mattress) and the queen size bed upstairs and all of us were in agreement regarding the beds. This would be the ONLY reason we would hesitate about staying here again. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and pleasantly surprised with all that was offered.

Linda is wonderful! We were traveling in from out of state and Linda went out of her way to give us flexible check in and check out. It was so nice to have treats and basic groceries when we arrived. The home is beautiful and very clean. The beds are super comfortable! I can not say enough good things about our stay in the home and what a wonderful host Linda is. You will not regret booking this home. We will be in Missouri a couple times a year for events and have found our home away from home.

One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at! We visit Sedalia 2-3 times a year for events at the fairgrounds and we will definitely be back! Plenty of space for the whole family, pet friendly, memory foams beds and Linda was kind enough to leave water, cookies and a few groceries for our family to make breakfast. Unfortunately we were up and out of there very early each morning to get to the fairgrounds so we weren’t able to cook breakfast at the house but it was such a nice gesture! Whole family loved the place! Can’t wait to be back next year
