We are nested in a beautiful and quiet seaside village called Yzerfontein. It takes merely one-hour comfort drive from central Cape Town, which makes it a very popular getaway destination for both local and international holiday-makers. Turquoise Breeze Ocean Villa has 3 bedrooms, can comfortably accommodate 8 adults. Master bedroom has one king bed and en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a shared full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two 3/4 bed (bigger than a single bed) and a shared full bathroom. There is also a sleeper couch in the study outside the main bedroom, which makes a queen bed that can sleep another 2 people. We also have an extra large bedroom downstairs connected to the garage, which has two 3/4 beds that can sleep another 2 people. So maximum this house can comfortably sleep 10 adults. Enjoy the luxurious and relaxing mellow decor. You have wonderful sea views from most areas of the house, including almost every bedroom. Don't be surprised to see whales and dolphins jumping out of the sea while you seating in the lounge enjoying a nice relaxing drink. Very spacious lounge, living room leads to the wooden decking area. The back of the house is next to a fynbos nature reserve, you will enjoy the all year long lovely green with birds singing and occasional little buck/deer popping into your sight, while you relaxing by the backyard. The supermarket is about 5 mins drive away. There is a very cute coffee shop/restaurant within walking distance. (2 mins) A quiet beach is literally just down the road, 1 min walk. Big open plan kitchen, for those who enjoy cooking. The kitchen is equipped with all modern necessities including Italian oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Full laundry facility with dryer and clothes drying rack. Indoor braai/BBQ facility with complimentary braai/BBQ wood. During winter we supply wood, and there are heaters in the house. Double garage. Private and secure. Wheelchair accessible. (There is a path through the back garden to enter from the back. ) Free WIFI. DSTV. Kids friendly, we have toys and potty seat for the little ones.
