We had a nice stay at Ginno's place. He was very helpful with special requests for our young children( chair, bed) and was very pro-active in general. The area is nice and lots of playgrounds near-by. The flat is big. there was a little problem with one of the bathrooms but Ginno was helpful in seeking a solution and the other one was fine.

El piso está muy bien, fiel a las fotos, la zona nos gusto menos, por la noche menos recomendable, el portal no estaba limpio,bolsas de basura en la escalera durante los dos dias. nos dejó desayuno y es de agradecer

Very happy with this accommodation! Ginno has described well the apartment and the photos are very reliable. Very clean and lots of space to put your things. All amenities in good condition, with an extra touch from the host. The apartment is provided with very useful little details and perks, like soap, coffee and more. Ginno was very good at communicating with us. Very good position. Highly recommend for a stay in Valencia:)
