Peggy is awesome. She was so kind and extremely responsive. She shared some local scenic trails for us to explore. The place was as described. We were there in Oct so we didn't use the swamp cooler. Leaving some windows open and it was very pleasant. Beautiful location to take your ATVs and/or Side by Sides. Great scenic trails all around. Leaves were amazing this time of year. One word of caution. Maps, for some reason, tried to navigate us to a dirt road above the property. DON'T TAKE IT. This property is on a normal road.

Peggy was one of our top hostesses that we have encountered on any of our trips. She was always available to answer questions, plus had suggestions about the local area which was very helpful when you’re 1500 miles from home. Our group was very comfortable and we had what we needed for our eight night stay. I heard several times over our time there and after we returned home, ( I would definitely stay here again). Outside grill with full gas tank was a nice plus since we prepared our meals at the lodge. Plus watching the sunrise over the east mountains and sunset over the west mountains was spectacular from the deck.

My family and I have stayed here before. We absolutely love this place. The place is lovely. Super accommodating for our large group and all the bikes, 4-wheelers and much more. We can't wait to visit again next year. Peggy is so kind and provides a warm family retreat. Thanks Peggy!!

Peggy is a well organized friendly fantastic host. After staying for the August Jamboree, we've immediately reserved her place for next years August Jamboree!

This location was great for our larger group. The host was very kind and responsive to all messages and had great local recommendations. Beds were comfortable! The area is beautiful and very friendly. Would stay again if in that area.
