Jennifer was a very kind and responsive host, and my stay was mostly pleasant. I was a bit surprised by the location: it's a small house on a sort of "in-between" street between a main road and a proper residential neighborhood. There was a condo or office building being built right outside the window, with hammering and other noise during the daytime.

Jennifer was so accommodating when we needed to reserve her home last minute when another location didn't work out! She had her cute house ready within an hour! Her home was immediately welcoming with a sound machine and diffuser running with a calming scent and sounds, She had a bowl of snacks, bottled water in the fridge, coffee bar area with all the supplies and all the toiletries a family could ever need. She has plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, kitchen supplies, some games, smart tvs and laundry area in the basement too. She even made a late evening delivery of some sheet pans we needed for the oven one of the nights. This was one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed at and the location was super close to downtown dining and shopping and felt like a really safe and quiet area.

Loved this place!! Jennifer was a really proactive and responsive communicator. Great place with a nice sensibility and style, close to some great food and drink as well in Royal Oak. Would highly recommend

This is a translation of the note our Italian cousins left at the home. It was the perfect place for them to stay.
