Quiet, clean, comfortable. Nice porch with seating for relaxing off private sliding door entrance to bedroom with view across the street of waterway. Easy drive toTopsail Island, Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach. Terri was available, but respectful of privacy, provided light snacks/beverages in convenient guest kitchen. No hesitation to stay again when return to area.

We are so happy we found this beautiful spot. We were looking for a place near our son’s home so that we wouldn’t crowd his family. This was a perfect pick. Everything was perfect! From making the reservation, the directions and the check in. Their home was beautiful and super clean. The room was beautifully decorated and we had our own bathroom along with the use of a guest kitchen. Terri stocked the kitchen with breakfast items, coffee and half and half. She also left water and snacks that we could help ourselves to. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning, having our coffee and looking out at the intercostal water. The stay was perfect!! We came as guests and left as friends. We will definitely be back. Thanks Terri and Steve for the use of your wonderful home.

What a wonderful place to take a quick weekend getaway . The owners were more than accommodating and very inclusive ! Thank you , we will be back for sure !
