From the moment I walked through the door I was thrilled with the choice. Fresh and spotless, tastefully beachy and down to earth comfortable …The beachfront is incredible, the deck/porch filled with adjustable Comfy Chairs.. Chip/Camille are very friendly and inviting.. Right next door but you’d never know it unless you need them..My 6 yr old grandson visited, and tired of adults, he was happy to be able to play with their friendly 16 mo. dog. The sunrises are a must see! All amenities you need, they’ve provided.. basically bring your personal essentials and needs and you’ll be fine. Looking forward to my next visit!

We enjoyed this lovely home near the ocean but had issues with hosts Chip and Camille. After a power outage, the hosts seemed to make our stay uncomfortable. Camille was often angry and even took the patio umbrella pin stating we would “get it back tomorrow”, as if we were children. The listing mentioned a duplex with hosts living next door, but it meant an adjoining unit where you could hear the hosts walking up & down the hall on their side. A significant family photo on the public beach triggered Chip scolding us to leave, despite no disruptive behavior. We felt watched and uncomfortable throughout our stay. During checkout, the cleaning crew rushed us, and later, Chip claimed $3,000 for sunscreen damage on the deck and $200 for 5 missing beach towels (which are $35 on Amazon). We had seen stains on arrival, assumed it was renovation overspray, and weren't informed of a "no sunscreen on the deck policy" in the handbook. There is so much more but we are limited to 1,000 characters.

Beautifully updated and very clean. The covered front porch is awesome and couldn’t be any closer to the water. Only a half mile from area restaurants. The host was very accommodating and we had a great weekend here.
