Perfect location in the pedestrian zone of old Zagreb. Tons of restaurants to choose from. The farmers market is also a few minutes walk away. If we were there longer, we definitely would have bought fish from the amazing local fish market and cooked there. Kitchen is small but usable. Balcony is great for sitting out people watching at the end the day. Very active, vibrant neighborhood. Karolina lives right upstairs if you should need anything. Highly recommend!

Smack in the center of Zagreb, this accommodation is close to everything! Despite all the nearby activity outside, it is amazingly peaceful and quiet inside!. A vast array of amazing restaurants and cafes are incredibly close by, and there are plenty of things to do. Karolina's apartment was exactly as advertised, and she was a fantastic host. This accommodation is truly a gem, and we fully intend to visit again!

Karolina’s place was in the heart of the heart of Zagreb. We loved it. Great people watching from the balcony, walk to everything, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Karolina was a great host, very friendly, easy to communicate with, even gifted us with a bottle of Croatian wine - it was delicious. Highly recommend this place!

We drove to Zagreb from Split, our first experience driving in Croatia. Karolina was super helpful helping us find the public parking garage, something that should be researched ahead of time to save some stress. Her place is in the center of the old city, lots of activity so the balcony was a repreave from the fast pace but still gave you the ability to observe. Being in the old part of the city plan on carrying you luggage through the streets. It was a bit tricky to find. she offered use of the clothes washer. It is a washer with a side mounted adjatator. I had never seen one like it before. There were no instructions so apparently I didn't close the machine up properly and damaged the machine. As it turned out I would have preferred not to use the washer at all since her repair person came at 3am to fix it to get our clothes out. They didn't sleep and neither did we.

Fabulous location to see all of the things that Zagreb has to offer. We walked everywhere. And when we were tired of walking, we relaxed on the wonderful balcony, had a glass of wine and watched the people go by. Because of a late train, we arrived nearly 1.5 hours late, but Karolina, our wonderful host, met us with a smile on her face (after 10 pm)! She efficiently showed us around the apartment, and then gave us a few recommendations on where we could go for a quick glass of wine. The street is among the liveliest in Zagreb - restaurants, bars and coffee shops everywhere. The evenings get fairly noisy, but the double-paned windows do an excellent job keeping the noise out. The apartment is not huge, but is wonderfully arranged. It was plenty of room for the two of us. And of course, the balcony was fabulous. Highly recommend.
