The homeowner Steven was very friendly and made sure he was accessible if any issues were to arise which there weren’t any. Everything was exactly as described, easy to check in/ check out. We had 8 cars and parking was pretty easy for people who had to leave early without moving cars around which was nice. Really happy with the stay and experience.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the water - it smelled and tasted really bad. We didn’t want to even brush teeth with it. Everything else was great - plenty of space and a good house overall.

Nice area. House is older. Plenty of room. Needs some care. Did not like that well water was not in listing. Hand soap was watered down so not very good. Great lot with privacy and trees. Evolve was easy to work with.

Wifi was worst. Did not work at all. Every 2 min it got disconnected. Call and Send message to Steven about problem. He said company reset and everything working but it wasn’t actually. We have some online meetings during visit but could not complete due to internet did not work and eventually has to reschedule and go outside to finish it. Will not recommend if someone has to work during visit. They have unexpected strict house keeping rules. If we have paid high cleaning fees then why we have to remove all bedsheets and put in laundry room, also put garbage bins at driveway curb. We booked many times on Airbnb across USA but never have to do this and nobody has this kind of rules. Not worth for the price and will not recommend.
