Do not waste your money here, you're better off anywhere else in southern California, had I known ahead of time I wouldn't have spent more than $20 on this experience. I came here with my boyfriend, and we had a wonderful time in potrero and the surrounding area on our trip. But this isn't a review of the town, it's a review of the RV. It simply does not match the description, "mint condition" is an extremely strong way to describe this place. None of the amenities were functional. At all. This is a metal tent with a bed in it, and nothing more. Not only were the amenities I PAID for unavailable, but we weren't able to keep more than one jug of milk, and some burger patties in the fridge in the house. The bathroom in the house was pretty awful as well. One of the shower doors was missing, it was full of bugs, and towards the end of my stay the faucet had absolutely 0 running water. Unacceptable. Back on the topic of the RV itself, when my boyfriend and I arrived it was full of wasps and smelled stale and disgusting. The host had left food from a previous guest in the fridge. The counters were filthy. We had trouble figuring out how all of these bugs were getting in, until we realized there was a whole wasp nest in the bathroom of the RV. My boyfriend sprayed the hell out of them with bug spray and killed most of them, but how a host allows that in the first place is entirely beyond me. I don't believe Kiran did anything to clean and prepare this place aside from make the bed. Probably the worst and most annoying thing about the RV was that every window had blinds/curtains except for the windows at the foot and head of the bed. Knowing that anyone could see you when you were sleeping/changing/trying to have a nice trip with your boyfriend was completely unacceptable to say the very least. We had one power strip for electricity, and as the power was constantly on and off, I wasn't able to get my phone charged past 80% while I slept a single night that we were there. I'm sure there are more awful things I'm forgetting to include, but I can't believe I spent as much as i did on such a god awful experience. I'd be embarrassed to host anybody in this RV in its current condition, so I'm not really sure what Kiran was thinking. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money staying on this ranch.

Very pet friendly, my puppy had a great time with owner's dog! We had a great time at kiran's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

This location was definitely not what was depicted in the photos. The photos on AirBnB are misleading and outdated. The kitchenette and bathroom are not functional, and you must use the bathroom and kitchen on the actual property. No one on the property was really concerned about COVID-19 precautions, and no systems of wearing masks or social distancing was in place. The RV had old food in the cabinets and the refrigerator which attracted rats that kept me and my friend up at night as we'd hear them rummaging through RV. When we texted Kiran about it, he only responded the following morning just a 2 hours before we were about to check out. The property altogether is highly uncleanly. There was dust everywhere, and cobwebs all over the RV. Luckily, we brought a lot of disinfectant and cleaning materials which is what we used to clean the space before we settled into it. We also brought our own linens, just in case, which proved to be useful as the blankets, covers, and pillows seemed very dusty and unclean. The outdoor furniture and shade were not as depicted in the photos, in fact, there was no shade and the furniture was totally different and less appealing. The only power that was available in the RV was a long power cord that was unplugged in the middle of the night, and was not plugged again until I brought up the issue to Kiran. We had to ask for a power strip just for more outlets. Other than the small lamp provided, there was no other means for light besides the flashlights and lamps we brought. Safety and security was also an issue because the RV did not lock. With the rat noises and random people on the property, it made it very difficult to sleep well. At least the location is by a lot of beautiful hiking spots so we were out most of the day mostly because the heat in the RV is unbearable during the day. Would not stay here again, and I do not recommend this listing to anyone simply for its lack of cleanliness, lack of pandemic precautions, little communication from the host, misleading photos, and lack of accurate descriptions. I was very disappointed with this listing, but at least the views were beautiful, the towns nearby were cute, and the hikes were peaceful.
