We had a great stay here with 11 total guests. It was very walkable to all the restaurants and shops in Saratoga Springs.

The listing was amazing. We had a party of 10 and everyone fit comfortably. There was 3 bedrooms on the second floor with an amazing bathroom, with a double shower and separate room with a double sink and toilet. This allowed everyone to get ready simultaneously. The main kitchen included everything needed to prepare a meal. The main floor included a dining room with a table that seated 10 people easlily, and a large living room with a tv. The final two bedrooms were in the finished basement, which also included an additional bathroom and kitchen, washer, and dryer. The house is on a beautiful corner lot with privacy fencing around a small backyard. The driveway accomodates six cars easily. It was a 10 min walk to main street and a 5 min walk to the movie theater. Nick and Lynn provided excellent info about the area and the check in process was seamless. They were so accomodating and even were able to arrange an early check. Overall an amazing stay. Five plus rating.

This home was perfect for my family’s Thanksgiving Holiday getaway. Clean, convenient and updated features that provided enough privacy for the six of us regarding bedroom(5) and bathroom (2 1/2) needs along with and open first floor layout for congregating and spending time together. The kitchen has updated appliances and enough utensils, dish ware, etc. to accommodate light cooking. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze and our host were open to coming early or staying a little late if the house didn’t need to be prepared for any new, incoming guests. Quiet, safe neighborhood that was close to shopping and really good restaurants. Our Hosts provided everything we needed to know about the home and the surrounding area to ease the stress of travel. Would book with them again anytime. Great weekend!!

This was great! 7 min walk to all the best places. They are making updates to modernize it. The house is in great shape. Kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful.
