A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 28sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . Now we can pass our holidays here as family and I can host even 4 persons the time that we don't use it !! (we, like family, are 6.... 2adults and 4 children ) I hope that you will love this place as I do!!! About SLEEPING The house is a studio, with 2 double beds (1, 50*2,00)that the one is under the other and can move with wheels. So the night you can have 2 double beds the one next the other and the day you can have space to move. About COOKING There is a kitchen - corner, a small fridge, an electric stove with two hot plates to cook,a toaster and a coffee maker. You will find 4 kind of coffee, filter, espresso, nescafé and Greek coffee, sugar and tea. There are plates, glasses and cups, also applies to cook if you wish to. Salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil and biological olives from my garden in Athens also at your disposal. The water is NOT DRINKING in the island, don't even cook with it. There is a fountain opposite the church that has water for cooking. To drink, I suggest that you buy (2€ the 6 big bottles at the corner shop or 1,5€at the supermarket) About CLOTHES There is an 1930 's antique wardrobe, gift of a friend. There are hungers inside and 2 drawers. About the BATHROOM The bathroom is simple with shower and hot water . You will find shampoo,soap, conditioner, shower gel and toothpaste. Of course there is toilet paper.. About the HOUSE There is a ceiling fan that offers a nice atmosphere when it gets very hot.Another small one is in front of the bed. The house is not really hot because lays close to the windmills, so almost always there is the fresh cycladitic air that flows around. Has 3 windows, the 2 of theme you can leave open also the hole night if you want it!! There is a small TV, but few they are interested of watching TV in Ios island!! There is also a pair of phones that you can connect with your phone if you want to hear music via Internet. About the TERRACE The very exciting thing of my property is the terrace where you can relax laying on a large bed watching the very picturesque village of the island, plenty of lights and churches!! There is a bed and a sofa around a low table, enough large so we can also eat there something we cooked or something that they delivered from a restaurant. BEWARE OF THE STEPS that they lead to the terrace especially if you drunk alcohol before!! In the terrace there is no any protecting wall around but only ropes, so take care and is better not reaching the edge. That's because the house is not safe for babies. About those that they want to DISCOVER the island by car. °ombrella for the beach THE HOUSE IS NOT RENOVATED Το σπίτι αυτό έχει έναν χώρο με δύο διπλά κρεβάτια που το ένα βγαίνει με ροδακια κάτω από το άλλο, ώστε το πρωί που όλοι είναι ξυπνιοι, να μην πιάνει χώρο. Υπάρχει στη γωνία ένας χώρος κουζίνας που έχει μικρό ψυγείο, νεροχυτη με ντουλάπια, ένα ηλεκτρικό κουζινακι με δύο μάτια για μαγείρεμα, μια τοστιέρα και μια καφετιέρα. Δηλαδή όσα χρειάζομαστε σαν οικογένεια για τις καλοκαιρινές διακοπές μας. Υπάρχει και μια ξύλινη ντουλάπα – αντίκα για τα ρούχα μας, δώρο μιας καλής φίλης.Το μπάνιο είναι απλό με ντουζιέρα και θερμοσυφωνα. Ένα τραπέζι – πάγκος .Ενας ανεμιστήρας οροφής φέρνει δροσιά τις ζεστές μέρες. Το πιο ομορφο κομμάτι είναι η ταράτσα του σπιτιού όπου μπορεί κανείς να καθίσει,σε ένα πολύ αναπαυτικο κρεβάτι για να απολαύσει είτε τον κυκλαδιτικο ήλιο την ημέρα, είτε τα άστρα του νυχτερινου ουρανού τη νύχτα , τα φώτα της χώρας και τα όμορφα εκκκησακια της που είναι σκαρφαλωμενα στον βράχο .
