A functional stay in the Atlas Mountains foothills, but very rough around the edges. Radwane’s property is a little tricky to find. Travelling towards Marrakesh, you need to dive up a small alleyway as you pass through the centre of the village until you reach a small mosque. From here, take a 90 degree left-hand turn and you should see the property’s name down another alley. The room is large and has two decent-sized beds which seemed clean. WiFi worked for us most of the time & Radwane was kind enough to let us store our bikes in the room. The bathroom is in a poor state, however. The toilet seat was broken, the sink moved & leaked & we had no hot water in the shower for the duration of our stay (we used the shower closer to front of the property). Dinner was tasty, but not particularly plentiful & also expensive compared to other properties we stayed at along our bikepacking trip at 120DH each. Radwane accepts card payments, however. The real issue we had was power surges in the room, which damaged a couple of our devices (a bike computer & a camera - both USB-C, the former began smoking). We thought initially it could’ve been the charging cube, but since have used it at other properties & in the dining room of Radwane’s property without any issue. We brought this to his attention & hope he has a look at it soon. Radwane’s places clearly has potential & is situated in a lovely valley with a great view, but it has a long way to go before we’d personally come back & stay here again unfortunately.

Stanza, struttura e posizione davvero fantastiche. Radwane è sempre disponibile e attento, la sua famiglia è molto simpatica. Esperienza da consigliare.

The riad is charming and comfortable, with an easy to find location. The host and his mother made us very welcome and were attentive to our needs. He is a wonderful guide as well. This is a gem that I highly recommend.

Awesome Riad with perfect hospitality. Radwane truly knows how to treat his guests. Nice breakfast and lovely dinner. He even organized an amazing guide for me to visit the damm and the saltmines. The room was big, clean and nicely funished. I would recommend Riad Diwane to everyone that’s looking for a great time in Ouirgane!
