The place was in a real good location with cafes, restaurants, and bars right below. 5 minute walk to the beach and really close access to other parts of town like Dizengoff, Shuk Ha’Carmel, Shenkin, etc... The apartment itself was cute. It had everything you needed, but there were some figuring things out at times, for example, how to turn on the hot water, replacing the drier water tank, or how to get the ac to stay cold after a certain period of time. Even though these things were a little annoying at first, it became a non issue and the communication with the management was fast and easy. I think the place needs a few updates like paint and a deep clean. I also wished the pillow cases had a couple covers on it because the pillowcase covers kept falling off, but all in all it didn’t affect our stay that much. We would definitely recommend staying here for your vacation. Love this place and the location

Pros + Good and central location + easy check in and check out Cons - poor soundproofing (inside the apartment and house/staircase) - smaller than in pictures - not as neat as in pictures - not as clean as in pictures - not as tidy as in pictures - AC is adventurous to setup - glass doors between rooms and bathrooms The apartment is located in a nice central area and had us expecting a stylish interior (there's currently a fair share of construction but that applies to mane parts of Tel Aviv right now) The interior is no longer as in the pictures and includes several defects. Our feeling was that the apartment sold out so well, they slacked off on keeping it in it's prime, neglected it and let it deteriorate from one visitor to another. In the bathrooms you'll find limescale and parts of the silicone decolorated or affected by mould in the corners and the sink. One of the sinks leaks water. Some walls have defects, one of which might to be from a water damage. The living room wall was "fixed" with putty and not painted over. However the couch spurs some paint stains among other stains on the seats. The kitchen utensils weren't clean and the living room carpet was cleary not vacuumed before our arrival. We found hairs in the beds and stains on the bedsheets which we washed using the washing machine (that is a bit stubborn to use and likes to lock your laundry for no reason). The AC is an adventure to setup. For some reason there seems to be one AC with two remotes and makes it a one choice for all. Furthermore the remotes are not in sync so you can't know what setting is actually active. One important thing to note is that the rooms only have frosted glass doors which don't "seal" off the rooms from sounds and this includes the bathroom doors. After checking out we received a text asking what we had done with a chair and a tv which we apparently had broken. Another review here claims the host also tried to pin damage onto them. When we arrived one of the chairs was sorted out against a wall and replaced by another and we didn't use the TV for that matter. After denying our involvement in any damage no more messages followed. It's sad being let down when checking into a vacation rental, we all felt the apartment could've been much better if it received more love and attention to live up to the expectations you get from looking at the pictures.

ITS IN A CONSTRUCTION SITE! Don’t miss that warning line in the description of the apartment. It’s says there a risk of noise but actually there’s a definition of every morning from 7 AM until five afternoon. None of the windows in the bedrooms lock properly so any gust of wind can open them and bring in dust from the construction work. Communication was okay in the beginning but as soon as we discovered things to report about, communication was gone and we got ignored. Three of the four chairs around the dining table are damaged and you can’t sit on them. Too bad because the apartment is beautiful though and in a great location, just make sure that the construction is over before you think of sleeping there and that you catch all the damages in day one.
