Julio had everything in the apartment you need. He personally welcomed us and gave clear instructions about the apartment, public transportation, and restaurants in the area. The apartment can be a bit noisy at night, but with earplugs, that problem is solved. My daughter didn't even need earplugs. Both my daughter and I enjoyed our stay in that apartment and beautiful Alicante!

The apartment was really a dream! Not just the size, but Julio really had everything you could need. Also the kitchen was very well equipped. The view of the ocean from the apartment was breathtaking every day. There is even private access to the beach and the bus to the center runs right outside the door. We didn't meet Julio personally, but the communication regarding check in and check out was excellent. He is super friendly, accommodating and helpful! I or we can only recommend it and would come back immediately.

Julio is an amazing host and his place is exquisite! It was right next to the bus stops and very easy to find. The flat was SO well equipped - it had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The fridge even came stocked with a few basic necessities. There are shops downstairs to get lovely croissants and a super market too. When we couldn’t find something or needed assistance Julio was quick to respond and share instructions. The view from the window was amazing too. I highly recommend anyone visiting Alicante to stay here. It made our stay even better than we expected. Thank you!

Excellent séjour de 12 jours chez Julio Nous avons beaucoup aimé : - La ponctualité et l'accueil de Julio - La situation de l'appartement, l'équipement et la vue sur mer - Le parking privé couvert - La proximité des transports en commun qui permettent un accès rapide au centre ville ou à la côte nord de la ville - Le petit commerce ouvert en continu près de l'arrêt de bus et de l'appartement Nous avons moins aimé : - Rien ! Séduits par la ville d'Alicante et sa région nous imaginons déjà revenir dès que possible chez Julio
