We had a superb stay!! Perfect Holiday. Sara welcomed us like old friends and has been all the time very helpful. It's a very nice place to spend some days without the average tourists :-) Thanks!

Thank you very much for a nice week in Ladispoli. Only 20 minuttes from Rome by train. And a short walk from the beach. We spend 4 days in Capri and then 3 days in Chanti. Some cakes, fruit and cold drinks was served when we arrived. The apartments are all very beautifull and well eguipped. And the garden so quiet and cozy. Antonella and Gabriel picked us up at the airport. They are really nice people. During our stay, they were always very kind and helpfull. And before the holiday, Freddy answered our questions very quickly. We can highly recommmend this place !!

My parents and I have spent 5 wonderful days in Ladispoli. The house (it is in fact 3 little villas with a common patio, we lived in the central one called Provenza) is a beautiful, comfortable, spacious enougth for 3 people and relaxing place to stay. The owners are very good people that really tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our "Provence" villa was very beautifully decorated (and so were the other two villas). Everything inside functioned perfectly and the owners provided us with all the necessary utensils. The pictures, in fact, do not reflect all the beauty of the whole place, it looks much better when you see it with your own eyes. The patio is spacious and quiet, with lots of greenery, including fruit trees. It takes about 10 min of slow walk to get to the station and then another 10 to reach the sea along the main street of the town with numerous shops, bars and cafes. Anyway, as there is basically nothing to do in the town except going to the beach and back, the stroll is not at all irritating. There are lots of both public and private beaches (6 euros for a bed on a private one, for all day). There are two big supermarkets and a couple of bars just outside the house. I definitely recommend this place if you need a quiet, relaxing and peacefull holiday by the sea.

Thank's a lot to Freddy and Antonella! The appartments are comfortable and have a very good location. Supermarket in few steps. There is a gym near here. It's a big "+" personal for me. It was my first time in Italy and i started from Ladispoli. The first impression is perfect thanks to Freddy and Antonella. And of course very good place for beach vacation!
