The location of this house was wonderful. Direct access to the lake with a dock. There were some amenities that were nice too- including spacious bedrooms, a movie room, a sauna, a pool table, and hot tub. But this place needs some serious renovations and it needs to be cleaned better. For the price I paid I was extremely unhappy with some of the findings. The walls were filthy with dirty finger prints covering most walls and doors. There were holes in several walls that have never been fixed, there are burn marks on the side of the house where outlets lie, much of the furniture is unsteady or broken. The hot tub was not usable the first night because it would not heat up. The grill is completely broken, un usable. There are no baking sheets. There was also no extra toilet paper/ hand soap/garbage bags. Lastly, there was so much garbage left behind from previous renters. Old beer cans, and garbage under the stairs. Stay elsewhere.

Beautiful lakefront house that needs lots up upkeep and maintenance. The provided Kayaks and Canoe made for great adventures on the lake. The infared Sauna was amazing and a surprise as their are no pictures listed. The beds were very comfortable and the provided towels and linens were great. Dimitry was very responsive with questions we had. This house is definitely a hidden gem, but needs ALOT of maintenance.

Great place to stay with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. Amenities were all there as listed. Dmitry was very responsive for everything we needed and let us know anything we needed prior to the trip. Thank you

Great location right on the lake. The provided kayaks were nice to have access to. Dimitry always got back very quickly with any questions we had during our stay. The house needs some major cosmetic fixes: lots of holes in the walls near the pool table, oven knobs are broken and come off, among other things. There was also a lot of trash under the deck from parties (beer, solo cups, ping pong balls) which you can see when you are walking around the property. The kitchen doesn't have a baking sheet at all, but does have plenty of plates and silverware. Something I wish was mentioned was that the tap water shouldn't be consumed unless it's boiled, we only found out because we asked. That would be helpful in some sort of information document (which doesn't exist).
