Set between the mountains (at the foot of the Pyrenees and the famous Pic du Canigou) and the sea (on the Vermeille coast of the Mediterranean), this house has come to life in a typical former Catalan sheepfold dating from the 1850s. It has been fully restored to a high standard and enjoys a peaceful, unoverlooked setting with excellent exposure. This large 200 m² house with seasonal swimming pool and private jacuzzi (spa) offers: - 5 bedrooms, - 2 bathrooms - 2 WCS - 1 fully equipped kitchen with fireplace including induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer, large fridge-freezer, wine cellar. - 1 large 75 m² living room with a second fireplace supporting multiple uses such as : 1. Giant screen TV area (65" - 165 cm) with Canalsat satellite, DVD player, home cinema, WII console and games, 2. Games room area with pool table, foosball (plus a few board games available) 3. Piano bar area Concerning the garden, it has trees and is enclosed. It is located on the heights of the village, at the top of a small peak with a 180° panoramic view over the valley below. It includes three terraces with several garden furniture areas, a fixed brick barbecue, (limited) petanque areas, a table tennis set and outdoor play equipment for children (wooden house, a couple of swings including a slide). The swimming pool (secured by alarm) has gated access from the garden and a stone decking area with five sun loungers.
