My sister and I are remote workers in our 20’s and stayed at Natalie’s place for 45 days and enjoyed our time! It’s in a very calm and quiet area full of families if that is what you are looking for, away from downtown. Natalie is super responsive and kind and even sent us supplies when we ran out. We believe the apartment could use some updating and deep cleaning, but the building and area felt safe and near subway.

Overall the apartment was exactly how it appeared in the pictures. Pros: - The bedroom was quiet because it wasn't facing a street - There is an A/C in the common room and bedroom - The location was great and it was close to the Q train - Natalie was very proactive and communicative and was an excellent host. - The shower water pressure was great. - Two sets of keys and multiple sets of towels were provided along with an umbrella which was very necessary. Cons: - The furniture is all a little old including the bed, sofa, and desk. - There was also a smell coming from the bathroom (maybe the toilet scrubber/plunger?) and the sheets underneath the top sheet had pieces of grit in it so we slept on top of the red sheet. The floor also did not seem very clean.

Great location, thoughtful and responsive host. Great air conditioning. Fifth floor walk up, but you quickly get used to that. I would definitely stay at Natalie’s place again.

Natalie was an amazing host who consistently went above and beyond for me during my stay! She was kind, a great communicator, and extremely generous in providing everything I needed for the apartment. She has great recommendations about the area and is eager to make sure you are having a great time in NYC. The apartment itself is beautiful, private, quiet and spacious. The neighborhood is amazing, right by Central Park, the MET, grocery stores and fantastic upper east side restaurants. The Q subway station is only a couple minutes away and is very convenient for getting around Manhattan and Brooklyn. Also, the price is incredible for this location. I would recommend this stay 10/10 times and will absolutely be renting here again next time I’m in the city!

I had the time of my life! Natalie’s place was clean and quiet and a good location! Natalie was always available and very helpful.
