Great location near many restaurants etc. and only a couple of blocks from the subway. Ann was helpful and accommodating in spite of the fact that she was not feeling well during my visit. I am an older woman so the steep narrow stairs were a challenge for me. The building is vintage NYC and I had one floor to myself including a bedroom and a bathroom with a rainwater shower. Check in and check out were smooth in spite of the fact that I got the street number wrong . Thank you, Ann.

Le logement est situé dans un endroit parfait pour découvrir la ville, pile entre le haut et la bas de New-York, dans un quartier regorgeant de restaurants et de bar (à 1'30 minutes à pied du célèbre "Joe's Pizza", pour une petite "Slice on the go"). Le logement est dans une très grande et belle vieille maison. La literie et l'isolation sonore de la rue ne sont pas extraordinaire, mais on ne vient pas à New-York pour se coucher tôt et faire de longues grâce-matinées, n'est-ce pas ? Je recommande vraiment ce logement pour son emplacement exceptionnel, avec tout à proximité.

Perfect location in the heart of the West Village!! I had a fantastic stay but you need to read all the information first (e.g. quiet hours, no kitchen use, cats etc) to figure out if this is a good fit for you. There are some quirks but I am fine with quirky. I am a solo female traveler who was in the city to work on writing projects and meet editors. I was gone most of the day and got home before 9. I am very quiet and was just in my room reading or writing at night. For me, this was a fantastic deal for a stay in my favorite neighborhood. Countless restaurants and things to do, close to the W 4th subway stop, and a short walk to Washington Square park. I was a little apprehensive about the shower (it is a showerhead in the middle of the bathroom ceiling) but it was a great waterfall shower. You just have to wipe it up.

Ce logement est spacieux et charmant. l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter NYC : le métro est très proche et direct vers l'aéroport . Beaucoup de restaurants et bars dans le quartier, très animé le soir. Attention le bar voisin est très bruyant le week end. Ann est une personne sympathique et aidante. je recommande ce logement.
