I just want to say a big thanks to Paul and Becky for letting us stay at their extremely beautiful airbnb. Paul and Becky were the best hosts I have ever encountered on airbnb. They really went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. The airbnb is clean and located close to all the restaurants. There is a large Aldi 2mins from the flat as well. The car park is located under the building and is extremely easy to get to. The living room and bedroom look directly out to the river which is amazing. The area surrounding the airbnb is quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. Easy communication, and was always there to answer any queries.

Summary: this apartment and its hosts, Paul and Becky, deserve a 10 out of 10 Some details: the apartment was immaculate, it is modern and very stylish, everything worked and some amenities were beyond expectations (e.g. TV with separate high-end Bose sound system). There is a balcony facing the river which is perfect for sitting in the sun (weather permitting). The apartment comes with parking and it is just a five minute walk to the railway station. The hosts left a whole binder of very helpful information (from how to use the appliances, to useful addresses in Kendal). Finally, our party was arriving in stages and the hosts were extremely helpful with the arrival logistics (including walking one of us from the railway station to the apartment).

This apartment really is a cut above the rest and I would 100% recommend if you are considering a stay in Kendal and looking for comfortable, high spec, and super clean accommodation close to the town centre (but quiet and peaceful too). It is clear that Paul and Becky really understand hospitality and how to truly look after their guests. Communication was excellent throughout - including some great local tips from Paul on walks! There were lots of little touches in the apartment and in the communication that just made our stay so frictionless and enjoyable. Hats off to Paul and Becky for hosting one the cleanest, tidiest, and well presented apartments I have staying in in a long time! It will be my first choice for my next visit to Kendal for sure!
