The flat was phenomenal. It was comfy with a breath taking view and close to a lot of the amenities needed. It was also close to the transit system as well which definitely helped with the value. Bruno was pretty clear with his instructions and pretty helpful overall. It was a great time

One could not ask for a better location than Bruno’s flat. It is a 2 min walk from everything you need… train station, cafes/lovely restaurants, Badi, grocery store. Some downsides… the flat is very hot in the summer. The exterior shutters in the kitchen are broken so we couldn’t block the light completely & the main room gets very hot due to the roof light. I think the flat would be ideal for fall/winter/spring but it was uncomfortably hot during our august visit. The flat is quite cluttered with stuff which we all found a bit challenging. The upside is that there are four different ways to make a cup of coffee, high quality (Miele) washing machine and the kitchen has every gadget you would need to make an amazing meal! Also, the beds are extremely comfortable which is so lovely when one is away from home.

Great location close to Lake, super market, restaurants and train station. Fully equipped and easy to find. As top floor little hot in summer and some noise from trains. Bruno was very responsive for any questions. Overall nice stay!

The apartment was in a beautiful location directly overlooking the lake. The train station is across the street which is great for access to Zurich. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous. The host is currently living in the flat, and his belongings are everywhere. It makes the apartment very cluttered, and we were unsure what things were available for us to use and what things were Bruno’s personally. It would have been helpful to know this up front. It says in the description of the apartment that it’s good for families, but it is not appropriate for kids. There were a lot of rules to the apartment and it made it hard to fully relax. We tried our best to be respectful of his apartment, but as things happen and we are human, 2 things were broken. We attempted to resolve this directly with Bruno but he ignored our message and requested an unfair amount in damages. Other notes: A LOT of stairs to get to the flat, it is very hot, the bedding is too small for the beds, and not very clean.
