Juans Unterkunft liegt Mitten in wunderschöner Natur. Umgeben von einem wunderschönen natürlichen Garten und eingebettet in eine hügelige Landschaft mit tollem Blick. Trotzdem ist es nur ein Kilometer über eine dirtroad, die man in 4 min. zurückgelegt hat. Bis zum nächsten Ort mit Supermarkt sind es nur 15 min. Als ich da war, waren keine anderen Gäste im größeren Haus. Und ich hatte die Einsamkeit, die ich mir gewünscht hatte. Juan ist super mega nett und hat alles gegeben, dass ich mich maximal wohlfühlen konnte. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt bei ihm. Die Häuser leigen recht dicht beieinander, aber die Terrassen gehen in unterschiedliche Richtungen. Der Pool Platz liegt ganz oben an höchster Stelle des Grundstückes und hat einen super Blick. Dort ist man ganz für sich und weit weg von der anderen Gästen. Es gibt reichlich Holz inklusive für den Ofen. Das Bett hat eine durchgehende Matratze, die weich ist. Alles in allem : super!

Juan ist super! Er ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich, gibt Tipps und hilft gerne. Die Lage ist einzigartig, wir haben es sehr genossen in der Natur zu sein, direkt vom Haus Wanderungen zu unternehmen und es uns vor dem Kamin gemütlich zu machen. Leider gab es im Schlafzimmer und Bad ein wenig Schimmel, Juan hat sich aber sofort gekümmert und es beseitigt. Die Küche war leider nicht vollständig sauber, Bad und Wohnzimmer aber sehr gründlich geputzt. Wir haben das kleine Häusschen wirklich sehr lieben gelernt und waren traurig, nicht länger bleiben zu können.

We had a lovely time at Blue Lar, it is so quiet and really beautiful. Everything was perfect and Juan could not have been more helpful. I can highly recommend Blue Lar - if you are looking for a remote and quiet home form home. The interior is basic and simple but you have all you need and the beds are good. You will need a car, though. The area is stunning and not alot of Tourists., which we appreciated. We enjoyed our time and would be more than happy to stay there again.

Blue Lar is nestled in plants and trees of a picturesque landscape offering a perfect escape from the noise of the city-life. The collective buzzing of the bees from the flowers covering the patio rooftop became our favourite morning sound while having breakfast. There is one more rental unit on this property, however the houses are arranged in a way to give you good privacy. Your private pool is always ready for use and you have the beautiful view of the hills while swimming. You do need a vehicle for access to the house. We loved driving around the neighbouring fields and towns to enjoy the Portuguese nature. There are several beautiful beaches in driving distance which you have to see. The kitchen is very much equipped to handle all kinds of cooking. There is no AC but the ceiling fan in the living room is pretty effective and wood stove works as well. Anna and Juan are extremely kind and knowledgeable of the area and are available in case anything is needed.

it is such a cute little place with breathtaking views! perfect for those who seek quiet and beauty. Juan was very accommodating and friendly.
