We had a great stay! The chef was exceptional and the rest of the team was so great as well. The attention to detail and care from the whole team was great. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Charly, Jose and Lupita went above and beyond during our stay. Charly manages all the meals during the stay, Jose assists with house and drinks, and Maria does housekeeping- all provided excellent service! I do want to say that my “off one star” was towards the host. The communication pre our arrival was excessive and confusing. Upon our arrival I made a request for birthday decor and cake— for the 5 balloons and garland I was charged $70 dollars and the cake was a no show on the requested day and host brought it the following day and charged $80 dollars. We also had some issues with charges on our credit card— would have appreciated clearer communication on the charges that were being made by the host. Additionally, the host would just show up unannounced until I asked her to please refrain from showing up and any follow ups would be appreciated via text. Overall, the host definitely needs to work on communication, attention to detail, and transparency on expenses being made.

This place is as amazing as it looks. But the staff (Jose, Charlie, and Lupita + Monse from Mexitravels) is what makes it exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. The only negative thing i can say is the bugs, but that is obviously no ones fault. unfortunately i am a person that bugs love to bite, so no amount of bug spray or bug bands spared me. even knowing this, i would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home with a wonderful staff & impeccable service. Blanca did an amazing job in setting up extra services and excursions. Jose and Sergio were awesome! The staff anticipated all of our needs and made this trip the BEST!
