Nice Villa for the location and safety. Great restaurants in walking distance in proximity when going with kids. However, couple of things that needs mention; First, there are two Security cameras inside the house (Living room and Stairwell) that was not disclosed in the property description or on arrival. Second, we had several power failures as the circuit box would trip though we had only two units (cooking range and washer) in use.
