very easy stay. great to stay in somewhere so historic in my hometown . everything comfortable and all necessary amenities provided

Reached the house around 4.30pm but can't see the house as we can see 1 old house without windows . We then opened the gate and saw the house. inside the house was clean but as the welcome note mentioned its old house and we need to understand As mosy furniture, beds ,flooring were old. All was good on the ground floor but when we went to bed rooms it was really cold & the temp was showing 18 degrees in display. We thought it will be fine at night but didn't,it was cold at night and the beds in 2 rooms were squeaky ,just need some maintenance as it's old metal bed. Don't recommend the house in winter everything else is fine but charged 180 euro or cleaning🤔 Then in the evening we got a message that one of the table has scratches & I have to pay 290 euro for a new table. I told them that we cleaned the whole house,kitchen ,bins everything & I told them I took the vedio before leaving. When we were leaving the cleaning staff came with 3 kids to cleaning. We thanked them & left.

We had a lovely stay at Carley’s Bridge as a family. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The garden is gorgeous and peaceful, with beautiful trees and the sounds of birds and the river. The tennis court was really fun, though we mainly played basketball, and there are 2 rods for fishing in the river. The sitting room, library and kitchen were all lovely to relax in on days we didn’t venture out. 3 of the bedrooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable. The whole place was spotlessly clean. This is definitely a special place, perfect to get away from it all.
