I can't really say enough good things about our stay at Joe's place. We had the opportunity to have my 3 boys in the same area (unusual) so we took advantage and stayed in Bayport for 4 days. I was taken by the pictures of the grounds and I have to say, they were even above that! Alive with beautiful birds and just an idyllic walking area. The house itself was immaculate and exactly as described. The 2nd floor bathroom was a real treat. Overall, we prefer the quiet side of life and this spot was serene. Plenty to do in the area and we took advantage of the restaurants and even the new Top Golf facility nearby, Joe was the perfect host I would highly recommend this place if you want to be in this part of Long Island.

Stayed here with my cousins, our favorite part of the house was the backyard. beautiful view while we were enjoying the time in the jacuzzi. Also, was obsessed with the upstairs bathroom. The toilet seat was amazing ! The rooms had their own unique styles, which I loved. Felt right at home. Was worth finding this beautiful home. Recommend this spot to all those nature lovers. I love nature, this brought be into a peaceful state of mind. Will do this again 🥰

Joe’s home was beautiful! A group of girls just looking to get away, this space was just perfect for us! Gorgeous decor, top of the line amenities & comfortable atmosphere. Would absolutely stay here again! He was incredibly easy to work with.

We were four adults visiting from three different places and it was easy both to spread out and to catch up. A lovely spot for very calm entertaining (no red beverages because of all the white furniture/counters). Plenty of parking. We didn't get a chance to explore the grounds, but the view out to the back was gorgeous. As a host, Joe was quick to reply and handled all our communications calmly and professionally.
