Great price for a place pretty close to what you what to see in Jerusalem. Not as close as some others but significantly cheaper. Host was very nice, main challenge is language as he does not speak English but he tries hard.

Boris's place was clean, spacious and a great location for us. We really enjoyed our stay there and the ability to have our Israeli family members come over for dinner at the full-sized dining room table. Host was very friendly, respectful of our privacy and communicated very well despite some language barrier. Wifi worked very well, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes. In addition to electric heater/ a/c there is radiator heat in bedroom and bathroom. So, additional cost for metered electric use only came to less than $2/ day for us.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes drive from Jerusalem Shopping Mall, available street parking right near the unit, playground and outdoor exercise park 2 minutes walk. Host is great, answered all our needs and more, easy to communicate with. The unit itself is specious and clean. We were with our 2 boys, a 2 and a 4 years old, and had plenty of room also when the couch was open for sleeping. Well equipped kitchen, private entrance, washing machine, a/c, 2 TVs. We stayed here for 16 nights and this will be our home also on future visits..
