Ann was great at communication and she thought about all of the little details to make our visit delightful. The various things to accommodate my daughter’s dog were amazing. The property exceeded expectations. Great area, great place, great host.

This is one of the top Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in - it is truly spectacular. We were a group of 6, two couples and two teenagers, and there was more than enough room. We appreciated the two king size beds, the incredibly well stocked kitchen and the pristine condition of the space. We were there over Christmas and New Year’s and Ann made the place cozy and inviting, with a fully decked out tree and holiday decorations. We felt completely at home. The location is also ideal - walkable to some great restaurants and shops in Wellington, and a short drive to Picton and other attractions in PEC. Ann was a gracious and responsive host. We are excited to come back again in the future!

We go to this location every Christmas time with the whole family. It feels like home. I have no criticism as it is in a wonderful location and the house is beautiful and well stocked.

Ann’s place was truly beautiful inside and out. The location is perfect. We were able to spend our evenings at local restaurants that were all within walking distance and spend our days on the bike trails (we even used two of Ann’s bikes, such a nice surprise to find out she had multiple bikes there that were in perfect condition and ready to use. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the linens. The house was spotless and ready to be enjoyed the moment we walked in. As a group of 7, this location was beyond ideal. So much space. So well taken care of. We are already talking about rebooking for next summer!

Ann’s Airbnb is spectacular. Absolutely gorgeous, wonderful location, super close to places nearby. Every amenity you can imagine. I absolutely highly recommend!
