Beautiful location with a stunning view of the ocean. The apartment itself is basic. Don't expect a lot of fancy equipment and crockery. And the aircon has a slightly dusty smell. You share the top balcony with a beautiful swimming pool with the apartment next door which can be a bit awkward if the neighbours have a different approach to the weekend with loud music and alcohol (that apartment is also rented out). The main bedroom has a lovely view and you can hear the ocean all the time. There are two gates to get into the apartment block: use the right sided gate going down into the parking lot to get to nr 25's parking.

Good accommodation in the area, beautiful views of the ocean and ships. It is quite high, but there is a lift and convenient to the beach front. Flat is spacious, top roof bbq area was beautiful but we only accessed when it was not raining due to staircase being external.

Great place same as in pictures. Need to improve on cleaning staff. They don’t dive themselves enough time to clean, bathroom on the main bedroom were not cleaned, they washed dishes and left them on the sink to dry, they did not put them back on the cupboards.

We had an amazing time, as always. Martin’s listing was relaxing and the view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking.
