We had a fabulous stay over the MLK Day Holiday weekend. The condo was exactly as described in the listing and photographs; and Casago was good about sending check-in instructions and driving directions from their office at the bottom of the mountain. The challenges we faced checking in as first-time visitors to Snowshoe Mountain had more to do with signage at the resort itself. Arriving after dark, on a snowy/rainy evening, made it hard to locate the parking garage for Soaring Eagle. But we eventually got inside the building and were delighted with our lodgings We loved the layout of the condo and found it exceptionally well cleaned. The kitchen was good on the basics (though we would have appreciated seeing a Keurig on the appliance listing, as we would have brought some pods!!). It was wonderful to gather the family around the gas fireplace after a fun day on the mountain, play some games, and relax. Overall: great place, great stay, and we would love to come back in the future!

We arrived an hour after check in to find that the unit had not been cleaned. There were soiled linens on each bed. Wet dirty towels in the bathrooms along with dirty dishes etc. Was absolutely not sanitized for COVID. We ended up cleaning the unit ourselves. Management was not the most helpful, they kept making excuses as to why it wasn’t cleaned and at one point had told me we should have just checked in later (we arrived an hour after their check in time), and didn’t adequately try to find a resolution that worked for both parties. The hot water did not work in the master bathroom and barely worked in the guest bathroom. The door to the balcony would not close unless you used the deadbolt. We actually had to fix the door handle. The place was in a good location for ski in/ski out. Very close to the lift with a great hot tub area. Unfortunately I would not book here again or with this management company based on the treatment myself and my friends endured during our trip. To say it was stressful experience, rather than a fun relaxing vacation, would be an understatement.

Great place with easy access to Soaring Eagle Lift, underground parking, and local ski rental. Thanks for a great weekend.

Spacious yet cozy. Convenient to the village. Very responsive host. Nice building with solid fitness center.
