Lovely island. Location was great. It is on a rocky shore so we couldn’t enjoy snorkeling, there is a shared dock but the ladder into the sea was removed. No pool floaters or snorkeling gear available, though it says snorkel gear is available on the listing. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, sheets felt like paper. Kitchen drawers are hard to open. Rusted handles in the bathrooms. We rented for 9 people; grandma to grand kids and we needed to do a lot of cooking. Kitchen was not easy to cook in. Not enough pots, dull knives, no scissors. The home wasn’t cleaned properly as we had ants, a roach, and a scorpion in kitchen. The man at the front desk had an attitude. We felt like he was judging us bc of our race. Most disturbing was he was arguing with us on exit saying we used to much electricity. And he charged us. Mind you, what did he expect us to not put hvac on, in 90 degree weather. 9 people in home. Wont ever rent at Coral estate again. Managed poorly.

The view at this Coral Estate Villa is amazing. The location is quite far from all the city activities, so make sure you have good transportation. I did not give this location 5 stars because the description isn’t accurate. Only 2 of the room are in the main villa the other 3 are detached from the villa on the outside. Also 3 out of the 5 bathroom flood and water was everywhere. After having to use almost all of our towels everyday to clean up the water, I requested more towels and they stated they can not keep giving us towels. Also please note that electricity and water is monitored. None of these things are stated, even on check in. If you go over a certain amount they will charge you. They also will charge you if you request to get the sheets changed if your stay is under 5 days. The villa is far from the amenities on the resort and there was no shuttles. The view and the pool was amazing. Your not able to access the beach thou. Last thing there is a lot of ants in villa. There was ants in our clothes, bathroom, kitchen everywhere and a lot !! We asked if someone can come spray or do something and nothing was done.

Beautiful location. Villa is very modern and very clean. There were some issues with the water during our stay, but everything got fixed without any delay. The only con is that there is no swimming in the see - to many rocks and corrals in the water, but swimming pool was a good replacement. Recommend it for everyone.

The pool and ocean view can’t be beat!! This rental offers seamless indoor/outdoor living, and the landscaping offers privacy from neighboring villas. While there is beach access, the sand and water are separated by a rock wall, ; that said, the pool is incredible and makes up for lack of ocean access. While the location is perfect for a quiet escape, it is a long walk (especially in the heat) to the amenities on property, and a bit of a drive to attractions on the island. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return some day!
