The Villa our family stayed in was accurately portrayed in all the photos with the exception of the couch being blue rather than the color in picture. However, we didn’t mind because we loved the color and it looked like a newer couch. We felt right at home from the moment we opened the door as we were greeted with soft lighting and the Hawaiian music playing was such a thoughtful touch. Since this was our first time using Air B & B, our host Gary and Bryan the property manager made the process so easy due to providing clear concise steps for the check in and check out process. Thank you for hosting our family and hope to be your guests again!

We enjoyed the Villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . It had spices in the pantry, laundry detergent, beach towels and beach chairs which made our stay even more delightful. We did have a difficulty finding the correct villa and the ice maker didn't work but we bought ice. The size and view of the pool area were amazing, We just wish we could of spend more time in Kuiai.

We loved our stay at the condo. It was spacious, clean, very close to the beach and they had many amenities such as grill, pool, beach chairs and towels. The only issue we have had was the check-in. They asked me to get a different unit 48 hours before our arrival due to maintenance issue, which was completely fine. However, upon arrival they gave me the wrong information and was not able to enter the condo. And when contacting them I found that they extended a stay for someone not maintenance. After waiting 2 hours and making us go to 2 different units, the property manager contacted me and managed to get us into a different unit. They were all identical so no issues there. Other than the check-in issue, this a great place to book with friends or family (5/5). Definitely one of the best places we have ever gotten. Highly recommend it.

Great property. We’ve stayed multiple times in other Poipu Kai Villas in the past, and it’s our favorite place to travel with kids and extended family. The listing didn’t include, but the unit came with Hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, 6 beach towels, a wagon, 6 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 boogie board, several pool floats, pool noodles, and sand toys. We also found the kitchen had ziplock bags, oils, and seasonings. I was concerned since we’ve stayed at these properties before that the building and unit number were NEVER communicated to us beforehand. Only the street address. I did email before our stay and ask specifically what building we were in and even then didn’t get a unit number. When we arrived, we called the local number provided to ask the unit number and were given it, but the code we were given was incorrect. They responded quickly and gave us a new code which worked. Wished there was better communication before the stay.
