My wife and I rented this spot along with our two young children during the St. Lawrence marathon weekend. It is extremely well located for that event (3 minute walk from the finish). Lori was an extremely responsive and friendly host. Overall, the place is a good value, but had a number of issues including poor draining in the main kitchen sink, lack of basic kitchen utensils (e.g., only 3 forks), a noticeable lingering smell. There were a bunch of cigarette butts out front and trash under the staircase. Lastly, the blinds in the bedrooms were almost completely transparent, so not really possible to darken rooms while the sun is out.

We stayed here while our son was on fall break from Clarkson University. This is a great location, you can easily drive to either Ottawa or Montreal for the day. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and great bath towels. No complaints! Lori is a great hostess, I had a couple questions, I messaged her and she replied within 5 minutes! Highly recommend.
